We have a total of 27 rooms at Mnarani Beach Hotel, - all with veranda, en suite bathrooms, hot and cold running water and mosquito nets, and decorated in local Zanzibarian style. There are four types of accommodation available: There are twelve standard rooms, which are arranged in pairs. Most of these rooms face immediately out to sea and we always reserve the seafront rooms first, where possible, when receiving a booking. The standard cottages are simple, but nevertheless private and comfortable. They are decorated in local Zanzibarian style and have an en-suite bathroom, with hot and cold water, and veranda. All rooms have mosquito nets and fans. Eight are located along the sea front with views to the ocean, and four are within the lush calm of the tropical garden.
We have four larger thatched roof 'cottages'. These rooms are good for couples wanting more space or families. They are en-suite with hot and cold water and two of them have an adjoining door for larger groups. These cottages are very spacious. There is an open plan ground floor with sitting area, a small kitchen area with a sink and fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. There is a first floor mezzanine double bedroom and space for extra beds on the ground floor. The cottages can accommodate up to four people and are decorated in the local style. Each cottage has a spacious balcony on both floors overlooking the sea, where the sunrise can be viewed over the glistening Indian Ocean. Day 1
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, are met, picked and transferred to Nairobi Safari club Hotel or "The Stanley Hotel ". On arrival, are received with a complimentary welcome cocktail champagne, bouquet of flowers and checked in at honeymooner’s suite on all meals.
Day 2:
Breakfast early morning 0700 hrs and pick up by the Nairobi-Arusha public shuttle bus to arrive in time for lunch at Mt. Meru Hotel with a stopover at Namanga border for your Tanzania visa. Dinner and overnight at Impala Hotel (Honeymooners room)
Day 3:
Breakfast and drive in a 4x4 vehicle to Ngorongoro Crater's Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge (Honeymooner's Room)
Day 4:
Morning and afternoon game drives at the Reserve. Ngorongoro Conservation Area's central feature is the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the largest intact caldera in the world and one of the most spectacular sights in Africa. The Olduvai Gorge in the neighborhood is the site where some of Africa's oldest hominid fossils were found. The Crater has densest predator population in Africa. Elephant, lion, zebra, wildebeest and a host of other resident animals are to be found here. Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. (Honeymooner's Room)
Day 5:
After breakfast leave for vast Serengeti National Park, Africa's most popular game reserve, where you will be met and transferred to Klein's Camp set in a private concession bordering the reserve. There is an incredible number of animals in this vast game park. Wildebeest is the most populous followed by zebras. Elephant is notably scarce. Cheetahs and the rest of the big cats are regularly sighted in the plains. The few remaining endangered black rhino are restricted at the Moru Koppies area. The park is also famous for the wildebeest migration, often described as the most impressive spectacle in the world. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon proceed for a game drive. Klein's Camp offers a truly romantic and intimate African experience, with just 10 cottages. Track the big game on morning, afternoon and night game-drives by spotlight, as well as interpretive nature walks led by a professional ranger. Day 6:
After breakfast proceed for an early morning game drive en-route to Arusha town in time for lunch. Later transfer to Arusha airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
